Volunteers are needed to help the National Park Service staff visitor centers along the canal. Duties include providing area information, answering phones and correspondence, and operating a small bookstore. Training is provided. Visitor enters are located in Georgetown, Great Falls, Ferry Hill, Brunswick, Hagerstown, Williamsport, Hancock and Cumberland.
