The National Park Service is entrusted with preserving more than 375 national parks in the United States. You can help care for one of these special places by volunteering at Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site. Volunteers in Parks (VIPs) help the the parks to carry out their mission: to conserve the parks' priceless natural and cultural resources and to provide for their enjoyment in a way that will leave them unimpaired for future generations.
