Twenty-four communities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island form the JHC Blackstone River Valley Heritage Corridor. Of varying detail, most of the town sites listed below provide useful contact information. Where planning-related materials are available, sites are so noted.
Both Massachusetts and Rhode Island offer basic information
on each community

of Housing and Community Development and Economic
Development Corporation respectively.
