Statement of expenditures, there being no Receipts, of the County of Arkansas, from the sixth day of August to the I15Ith day of November, one thousand eight hundred and nineteen.

  To Lewis & Thomas, for books furnished the clerk of the circuit court

furniture for use of circuit court, &c.
