TERRITORY OF ARKANSAS,

May Term, 1819

SUPERIOR COURT OFFICE.

  Susan Latham, by her mother, and next friend, Ann Greenwait, Complainant,
LIBEL
FOR
DIVORCE.
 
vs.
  James Latham, Defendant.

THIS day came the Complainant by her attorney, in open Court, and it appearing that the summons in this be half issued, has not been served on said Defendant, and that he is not a resident of this Territory, the court do order that publication be made in some newspaper printed in this Territory notifying the said defendant to come in at our next term of this court and answer to said libel for divorce, and show cause, cause, if any he can, why the said divorce shall not be granted.
