Wetland Mangrove Forested Sanctuary

Mangrove wetland

American Memorial Park includes a 30-acre Wetland and Mangrove Forested Sanctuary, consisting of mudflats, marshes, and mangroves —a dwindling habitat quite scarce in the Northern Marianas. The wetland is an excellent environment for native bird species including some endangered species.
