During the field trip students will experience the park film, visit the Historic Lemon House, tour the visitor center and hike to the Engine House. Students will interact with park staff dressed in historic costume and learn the technological aspects behind the Portage Railroad. There are many things to see and experience at the Allegheny Portage Railraod National Historic Site.
