The Federal Bureau of Investigation has the following
historic files available online in the PDF format; 1962

Joel GAzis-SAx maintains a very interesting website
devoted to Alcatraz
during the Warden Johnston years (1934-1948).
The text of the Indians
of all Tribes Alcatraz Proclamation from the 1969-1971 occupation
is available from The Fourth World Documentation Project.
The International
Indian Treaty Council is an organization of Indigenous Peoples from
North, Central, South America and the Pacific working for the Sovereignty
of Indigenous Peoples and the protection of their human rights, cultures,
and sacred lands. They hold Sunrise Ceremony on Alcatraz on Thanksgiving,
and Columbus Day every year. This event is open to the public.
The Smithsonian's National
Museum of the American Indian is dedicated to the preservation,
study, and exhibition of the life, languages, literature, history, and
arts of Native Americans. Established by an Act of Congress in 1989,
the museum works in collaboration with the Native peoples of the Western
Hemisphere to protect and foster their cultures by reaffirming traditions
and beliefs, encouraging contemporary artistic expression, and empowering
the Indian voice.

Current San
Francisco weather reports (and lots of other useful information,
including tide
schedules and sunrise/sunset tables) is available here thanks to
the National Weather Service and the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric
Administration.
