Collection SummaryThe site is the birthplace and boyhood home of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States. The collections consist of a mixture of artifacts original to the house, items that belonged to the Kennedy family, and period pieces. The collections include furniture, books, photographs, textiles, ceramics and glassware. The historic furnishings are arranged as Mrs. Rose Kennedy remembered them appearing on May 29, 1917, the date of JFK's birth.
