Priscilla Nalls has been selected as the oustanding regional office employee, an honor bestowed on a Southeast Regional Office employee who has made exceptional contributions, demonstrated exemplary performance, and delivered excellent customer service to benefit the regional office, the parks, and the agency.

Priscilla is recognized as the regional youth program manager, regional Volunteer in Parks program manager, and regional accessibility coordinator.  As a member of the interpretation and education team, Priscilla handles these three distinct programs along with her interpretive responsibilities.  A sampling of Priscilla's accomplishments:

• Initiation of 18 new national youth cooperative agreements with partner organizations
• Orchestration of regular funding calls, as well as special funding sources, creating a model used by other regions
• Handled complex accessibility issues at a wide range of parks with success

Priscilla has accomplished all this work while surmounting many personal challenges and remains a positive role model for developing NPS employees.
