A park visitor reported an unresponsive male in a vehicle parked at Upper Lehman to the staff at the Lehman Caves Visitor Center on January 18th.  Responding rangers found the body of a 29-year-old man from Wisconsin with a gunshot wound to the head.  A handgun was found in the vehicle.  The investigation is continuing, with the White Pine County Sheriff’s Department as the lead agency.
