LOWELL NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK Rangers Partner With Community On Domestic Violence Initiative [Printer-friendly text version] On October 22nd, Lowell National Historical Park hosted the launch of the Greater Lowell Evaluation and Advocacy Network (GLEAN), an effort to reduce and ultimately prevent domestic violence.
Park protection rangers, the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office, the Lowell Police Department, the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office, and 20 other law enforcement, corrections and community groups are coming together in this public-private partnership to better serve victims of abuse in a coordinated, collaborative and holistic manner.
