Bicycling Information

Pedestrians and cyclists may enter the park via Good Hope Road, Nicholson Street, or through the rear fence near the Anacostia Metro Station Parking Lot. A foot bridge to Anacostia Park is located at 1601 16th Street near the District of Columbia Sports and Fitness Complex and Anacostia Senior High School. There is also a staircase and a paved walkway leading directly from the Sousa Bridge into Anacostia Park near the intersection of Nicholson Street and Anacostia Drive.
