In this multi-media hands-on program students are taken back in time to the days of the Mainline Canal and the Allegheny Portage Railroad. Students dress as travelers as they are told stories of the old Pennsylvania Canal. Participation is high as the students are taught social history. The program ends with music and a sing-a-long.
