The following list below is our web structure, which is the basis for
the Main Links on the left border. These links will automatically switch,
becoming the "child" links of the current page.
For example, if you clicked on the "Partnerships!" link on the
home page, the left-border links would switch to the links under the
"Partnerships!" page in the structure (i.e. Partnering How
To..., Potential Partners, Projects & Partners, etc.).
Important links will be placed in the main text or as a side bar in
the main text area.
Up, takes you back up one level in the structure.
