The National Park Service is committed to making all practicable efforts to make NPS facilities, programs, services, information, employment, and meaningful work opportunities accessible and usable by all people.

The Alaska Regional Website is continually being evaluated for accessibility compliance and the improvement process is ongoing. If you have a need that is not being met or have difficulty navigating or accessing information on our site please report your problem to akr_info@nps.gov. We will try to assist you as best we can. This may include providing the information to you in an alternate format.

Please be aware that the text-size controller - typically found just beneath the right side of the horizontal navigation - is not available unless your browser has javascript enabled.

Information about the accessibility of facilities, programs, and services in each park can be found on the park's website by selecting "Plan Your Visit" in the site navigation.

Some of the publications on nps.gov are in PDF (Portable Document Format). To view them you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in installed on your computer. The Reader can be downloaded at no cost from Adobe's site on the World Wide Web
