You have been invited to attend this policy symposium on PBOs because of your specific areas of expertise. Three groups - legal experts, scientific consultants and cultural community members - will work in committee to evaluate the PBO proposal. Committees will then come together in the larger forum to debate and draw up a final recommendation on the proposal for the National Park Service in Alaska.
