Health Encyclopedia: Healthopedia
The first step in providing accessibility is learning about about disabilities. One source for information is the medical and health consumer information resource "Healthopedia." The site has omprehensive, unbiased information in patient-friendly language from trusted sources. Always bear in mind that any indiviual with a disability is first an individual. Talking to that individual is your best first step.
