What Do Rangers Do? (3rd Grade)

"What do Rangers Do?" is a 45-minute virtual program which covers the many different ranger jobs that exist in national parks. The program is a pre-requisite for the Junior Ranger Day field trip. During their field trip, students will have a chance to try out the jobs of several types of Acadia rangers. The two-part program introduces students to the goal of the National Park Service and the role park rangers play in our communities.
