Get your family moving in a national park near you!

Let's Move Outside Junior Ranger encourages kids and their families to engage in outdoor activity that gets hearts pumping and bodies moving. Part of First Lady Michelle Obama's nationwide Let's Move campaign to end childhood obesity within a generation, the program is now underway in national parks across the nation.

Kids who complete at least one physical activity in pursuit of their Junior Ranger badge receive a sticker that designates them as a Let's Move Outside Junior Ranger. Thousands of kids have earned the title while discovering that exercise can be a blast. From hiking and biking, to swimming, paddling, and horseback riding, these activities promise to be fun, healthy, and family friendly.

Almost all Let's Move Outside Junior Ranger activities can be enjoyed by the entire family, and many are easily accessible from urban areas.
