Winter at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

Winter in the park brings snow-laden pines, glistening white fields, and ice-fringed shores. Come play. Join a Saturday snowshoe hike, ski the trails, explore the ice-sculpted shoreline. Pets are welcome to romp in the snow, but, as always, must be on a six-foot leash and must stay off all designated ski trails.

Are you one of our wonderful VIPs? If so, we'd love to hear what you think about the program. Check out our VIP comment form.
