Knowledge & Skills Needed: Intermediate ICS (I-300), Leadership and Organizational Development (S-301)
Prerequisite Experience: Satisfactory performance as a Single Resource Boss Engine Plus Satisfactory position performance as a Strike Team Leader Engine on a wildland fire incident
Physical Fitness Level: Arduous
Other Position Assignments That Will Maintain Currency: Strike Team Leader (Crew, Dozer, Tractor/Plow)
