Fun Days take place at  Bushkill Meeting Center, on Route 209 just south of
the blinking light in Bushkill PA. | Directions

There is no charge for the programs. Family Fun Days and the park's Lecture Series are sponsored by the National Park Service and and the Friends of Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.

Fall Family Fun Day: Investigating Owls
with Darryl Speicher of Pocono Avian Research Center

Join Darryl Speicher, a founder of Pocono Avian Research Center, to find out “Whooo’s there?” Darryl will explain
about the lives of various owl species that make this
area their home. Participants will dissect an owl pellet
to investigate what owls eat.

Hemlocks provide shade for spectacular rhodondenron, for trout streams, and for native wildflowers. As hemlocks weaken and die, they are cut down for your safety.
