Dining
There are two restaurants within the park's boundaries:
Cliff Park Inn, located on park property atop the Milford Cliffs in Pennsylvania, and operated under agreement with the park
Walpack Inn, a rustic private inholding on the New Jersey side.

Many additional restaurants offer both fine and casual dining in towns neighboring the park, such as Blairstown NJ, Milford PA, and Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg PA. Several are in historic buildings and settings.

Sandwiches and picnic foods
Several General Stores in and near the park sell a variety of food and sandwiches.

 

Serious grocery shopping
Major chain grocery stores and/or smaller local food marts are located in Milford PA, Stroudsburg PA, Marshalls Creek PA, East Stroudsburg PA, and Blairstown NJ.

Did You Know?
... that the Middle Delaware River exceeds ordinary federal standards for clean water. Because of this, special higher standards have been set for the river, so it does not "deteriorate" to being just "clean enough." The river in this park is, and will remain, truly "cleaner than clean."
