Lincoln Home National Historic Site is dedicated to providing opportunities for visitors with disabilities by offering a wide range of media and programs that are accessible.
 

Accessible Features offered at Lincoln Home National Historic Site:

• Wheelchairs, assisted listening devices, sensory kit, foreign language and Braille tour booklets available for checkout at Visitor Center front desk
• Wheelchair access to the first floor of the Lincoln Home, Arnold House and Dean House via wheelchair lifts and ramps
• Sensory/tactile Lincoln Home tour book available for checkout

• Open captioned and audio described park films, located in the Visitor Center 

• Process to request a sign language interpreter

Foreign Language and ASL Subtitled Videos and Tour Booklets

Videos of a ranger-led tour of the Lincoln Home, subtitled in 9 languages, as well as foreign language and braille tour booklets are available for checkout at the Visitor Center Front Desk.

Available languages include: English, Spanish (Español), German (Deutsch), French (Français), Italian (Italiano), Chinese (中文), Japanese (日本語), Korean (한국어), and American Sign Language (video)/Braille (booklet).

Foreign Language and ASL tour videos are also available on YouTube.

 

America the Beautiful Access Pass

If you are a U.S. citizen and have a permanent disability, you may obtain a free America the Beautiful Access Pass at the Lincoln Home Visitor Center. The pass allows free admission to more than 2,000 federal recreation sites and provides reductions for some types of amenity fees.
